Our Mission

It is the policy of Stark Electrical Solutions to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 in pursuit of its primary objectives.

Our approach to quality

Our work is quality assured and approved to meet / surpass the latest standards of health and safety, technical and environmental practices.

We are an approved contractor & hazardous area contractor member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors Association (NICEIC) which provides external endorsement of our workmanship.

We are also audited annually by the Achilles UVDB system.

We take the same approach to all projects we are awarded and ensure that all work is of the highest possible standard.  Our experience in all areas of the business means we can use fresh ideas to find innovative solutions, so as to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Customer Service is an essential part of the quality process and to this end all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact of customer service.

To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subjected to annual audit.

The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory, and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
